I am an anonymous 26-year-old woman on a mission to share my story and create a safe space for fellow cycle breakers. I am one of many children of narcissistic parents. This can be an isolating role, but it doesn’t always have to be that way. By creating this blog, my goal is to help others feel seen, heard, and validated in this space. Read more about my story.
